My husband has lost over 35 lbs in the last 16 weeks by running, eating less and working out at the gym. I am so proud of my Hubbie for sticking to the challenge. His company hosted a biggest loser contest and he does his final weigh in tomorrow. We've joked that he needs to go sit in a sauna all morning before the final weigh in so that he can FOR SURE get his NO. 2 spot. He would have loved to have won, but it was all my percentage and not total weight lost. I think he's lost the most weight and only a few people that started the challenge are still competing for the title. If he does take the NO. 2 spot, he wins money! I am so proud of him. He is still hoping to lose a few more pounds and has a 5K coming up in a few weeks. I can already see a difference in him. He has more energy and is more active. He is definitely a hard workin' man with two jobs, a family, commitments at church and the community and still found time to lose this weight!
Congrats babe! I am so proud of you...I'm at a loss for words! No matter what you weigh in at, you're still the Biggest Loser!
