Menu Plan Monday- Week of December 7th, 2009

Monday night- Leftovers/Clean out fridge

Tuesday night- Chicken Tortilla soup

Wednesday night- Taco cups (still haven't had these- on the menu for a few weeks now!)

Thursday night- Leftover soup

Friday night- Homemade pizza

Saturday night- Freezer bag meal and bread

Sunday night- Out

Nothing exciting this week.  We've got another busy week ahead.  If you want the recipe for the Chicken Tortilla soup, email/comment.  My friend Dana made it one day while we were over at her house and it is so yummy and a good "comfort" soup!  Hopefully I have remembered the recipe so that I can try to make it for us!

What is the soup recipe? I'm always looking for easy, filling soups this time of year.

Soup Recipe- I started with a can of Campbell's Chicken Tortilla soup. Then I added two cans of cream and chicken soup, two cans of water, three chicken breasts, cut into chunks, A can of black beans, a package of taco seasoning, and a package of ranch dip mix. Put into the crock pot and let it cook. I also have a great recipe for easy chicken and dumplings. I'm all about the easy!

Love you girl!

Sounds yummy! We had taco soup last night; must be a mexican food kind of week. :-) I think I'll have to try Dana's recipe sometime, it sounds very tasty. Hope you have a great week!
