Most meals this week will be leftovers from last month's menu that never got eaten or from the pantry items. Our cabinets are getting pretty bare, but our freezer is still pretty full. I did send Hubbie to the store last night to get our necessities (bananas, spinach and apple juice) and hopefully our 1/2 gallon of farm fresh dairy milk will last us until Wednesday evening when Hubbie makes his milk run!
Monday night- Breakfast (Pancakes and sausage)
Tuesday night- Meatloaf(from freezer), macaroni and cheese and green beans with biscuits
Wednesday night- Manicotti italian casserole (from freezer) corn and homemade bread
Thursday night- Chicken and rice casserole with broccoli
Friday night- Family Night (pizza and breadsticks) and for dessert- apple pie w/ ice cream
Saturday lunch- Leftover chicken and rice with veggies
Saturday night- Beef Fried Rice and egg rolls
Sunday lunch- out to eat
Sunday night- BBQ pork chops (on grill) , brown rice and carrots (on grill) and corn bread
And just because, a picture with me and my babies.... how I do love these little men! They are getting so big! Several times this past weekend I had to catch myself as I choked back tears... they are so big and make this Mama so proud!

Lovely pic!!!! Do you have a food dehydrator? I don't but it's on my wishlist. :) I'm planning to borrow one soon so I can stock up on dried apples!
